Design Notes
CcdB is able to kill E. coli, therefore we have designed an IPTG inducible promoter before the CcdB coding. It is only after the cells have been cultured and collected, then IPTG will be added into the cell culture, to induce the expression of CcdB gene under the powerful T7 promoter.
